Female Waist: – Measure the circumference of your waist at your natural waistline at its smallest which is located above your belly button and below your rib cage.

How to Measure:

Shirts:

-Neck: Measure around base of neck (lowest part). Number of inches equals neck size.

Easier method. Take a shirt fits great on your neck and spread out neck and measure from center of button to center of button HOLE – always round number UP. Example 17 ¼ “round up to 17 ½”.

-Bust: With arms at sides, measure across fullest part of chest, under arms and across shoulder blades. Keep tape measure straight across back.

– Sleeve: – Get help for this one. Bend your elbow and put your hand on your hip. Have someone measure from the middle of your back of your neck around your shoulder and elbow to your wrist bone. Easier method. Take a shirt that fits and fold at the elbow 90 degrees and measure from middle of back collar to the cuff. Always round measurement up t the larger sleeve length available.
